HEAL offers a face-to-face workshop for junior doctors to practice interview skills to coincide with junior doctors applying for vocational training positions.

The program follows core competencies from college vocational training programs and will provide a range of interview stations with a senior registrar or fellow to provide relevant scenarios and interview feedback. With this model, participants also have the opportunity to be directly involved in the interview stations and offer and receive feedback from their peers as well as the consultants. An online interview course accompanies the workshop which participants complete before attending the workshop.
